Overview
Twofinds is a private daily photo ritual for couples. The app collects the information needed to create accounts, pair two people, save daily photo submissions, deliver reminders, and manage subscriptions.
Information collected
- Account information, such as email address and display name.
- Couple pairing data, such as invite tokens, couple membership, timezone, streak state, and prompt preferences.
- User content, such as photos submitted to daily prompts and quick reactions.
- Notification data, such as device notification tokens, notification preference, and reminder time.
- Subscription data, such as entitlement status, expiration date, and purchase-related identifiers.
- Basic technical data generated while operating the app.
How information is used
- To sign users in and keep accounts secure.
- To pair couples and show each partner the correct shared daily prompt.
- To store and display private daily photo submissions.
- To calculate streaks, history, prompt pack access, and Plus status.
- To send daily reminders and partner activity notifications when enabled.
- To process and restore subscriptions.
- To troubleshoot, maintain, and improve the app.
Sharing
Twofinds is not a public feed. A user's daily submissions are intended to be visible only to their paired partner inside the app. Twofinds shares information only as needed to provide account access, private storage, notifications, and subscriptions, or when required by law. Twofinds does not sell personal information.
Retention
Account, couple, submission, notification, and subscription records are retained while the account is active or as needed to operate the service, comply with platform requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain backups.
User choices
Users can turn reminders on or off in the app. Users can remove their partner connection or delete their account from Settings. Subscription cancellation is managed through the user's Apple account, and the app links to Apple's subscription management page.
